OUR MISSION
Our mission is to equip young people with the skills, tools, mindset and connections they need to drive meaningful change in their communities.
Through an innovative program model that incorporates Design Thinking and a focus on empathy, we create opportunities for youth from across diverse backgrounds to connect with each other and cultivate the problem-solving skills, confidence, and civic agency necessary to become effective change-makers.

Complex issues require collaboration. History has proven that we can’t solve our biggest challenges alone. Our greatest hope for the future is to develop young people into empowered and proactive leaders capable of bridging our deepest divides to solve problems.
