The SparkShare model revolves around four foundational pillars designed to empower young people to bring their ideas to life.

In-Person Summits

At key moments during each program year, we bring together the entire SparkShare community to ideate, iterate and activate ideas in an in-person environment optimized for cross-pollination.

Virtual Workshops

Monthly, theme-based gatherings that provide a regular context for the community to share new perspectives and insights while putting critical problem-solving frameworks into practice.

Learning Curriculum

A toolkit available throughout the program year – applicable no matter what stage of the project your team is at – designed to introduce key concepts in the design thinking methodology and guide the process of translating ideas into action. We provide access to experiential learning around problem-solving skills that are not taught in the classroom.

Coaching & Mentorship

Each team has access to direct and targeted support from our network of experienced professionals who are optimally positioned to propel ideas forward. From community research to pitching, our vast network of collaborators are eager to help team projects succeed in the real world.
